About the product

The system watches a standard overhead kitchen camera and resolves it into tracked staff, detected hands and a heatmap of where activity actually lands on the work surface. Cleaning state is reported on the feed as it changes, so the footage itself carries the compliance signal rather than needing a separate dashboard to interpret it.

It was built with a scalable architecture aimed at operational visibility, behavioural analysis and performance, which is what makes continuous monitoring practical across a full service rather than in spot checks.
